Timothy Wray is a born‑and‑raised Albuquerque native and a third‑generation real estate professional. Growing up around open houses, inspections, and contract work gave him an early understanding of the industry and a natural path into real estate.

Licensed in New Mexico since 2020 and working in the field since 2019, Timothy is also a Qualifying Broker with more than seven years of Transaction Coordination experience. He has supported hundreds of residential and commercial transactions annually, developing a deep knowledge of contract timelines, compliance, communication, and file management.

Timothy is known for his organization, consistency, and calm approach to high‑volume workflow. He currently operates Right Wray Real Estate LLC, providing transaction management services to some of the top brokers and teams across New Mexico.

Outside of work, Timothy lives in Northeast Albuquerque with his wife, Autumn, and their two children, Derek and Magnolia. He takes pride in his New Mexico roots and the community he serves.
